Practice Relating to Rule 90. Torture and Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment
Jordan’s Military Penal Code (2002) states that the following shall be deemed war crimes when committed in the event of armed conflict:
2. Torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments;
3. Wilfully causing great suffering;
4. Causing serious injury to physical or mental integrity or health.
