Collection, storage, transfer or extortion or stealing of items, documents, information or other data containing state secrets of Georgia for the purpose of handing them to a foreign country, foreign organisation or their representatives, or collection or transfer of other information to the detriment of Georgia upon instructions of a foreign intelligence service or foreign organisation, –

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years.
