Practice Relating to Rule 48. Attacks against Persons Parachuting from an Aircraft in Distress
Guinea’s Disciplinary Regulations (2012) states: “Military personnel in combat are prohibited from … firing on the crew and passengers of civilian or military aircraft who are parachuting from an aircraft in distress except when they are taking part in an airborne operation”.
