Practice Relating to Rule 156. Definition of War Crimes
In 2010, in the History and Geography Textbook for 8th Grade, Djibouti’s Ministry of National Education and Higher Education, under the heading “Terminology”, defined war crimes as “[v]iolations (torture, bombing, humiliations ...) committed against civilians or persons incapable of defending themselves.”
